Pokemon Living Dex Challenge Update #2: Johto

I've been slacking a bit on my Living Dex challenge. Currently, I'm about halfway through the Johto bit of SoulSilver, but the game is so backloaded with new Pokemon that I've made hardly any progress.Other games have taken a bunch of my time, so I haven't played a ton. I'm trying to get back into it. My goal is stil lto finish the living Dex before Winds and Waves come out sometime in 2027. Here's my current progress:
