I played the demo for Desktop Explorer back during the last Steam Next Fest, and I really enjoyed it. The combination of solving puzzles and interacting with the fake computer programs appealed to me, and I'm happy to say the full game is great as well.

Database Detective: Minor Crimes Division

I really enjoyed the demo for Database Detective: Minor Crimes Division, so I picked it up on release (along with Desktop Explorer, which I also really enjoyed; they were conveniently bundled together). I'm on the 6th case of 10, and they're really ramping up in complexity.

I'm a big sucker for these Fake OS games, and Database Detective: Minor Crimes Division is another I've added to my wishlist. In this game, you play as a junior investigator solving various minor crimes. It's goofy, and maybe a little too meme-y for my tastes, but the concept is solid.
